Function

As a SAP Key User within the Supply Chain team, you will play a central role as the link between the end users in Customer Service and Distribution and the SAP/IT support team. You will primarily support the SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution modules (SD and LE), ensuring smooth operations, accurate data, and efficient processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all SAP-related questions in the area of Customer Service and Distribution.

  • Provide support for daily SAP operations: order entry, transport planning, delivery scheduling, and inventory management across external warehouses.

  • Help identify and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT/SAP support team.

  • Monitor SAP processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and system integrity.

  • Train and assist Customer Service and Distribution staff on SAP processes and best practices.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and creation of training materials.

  • Propose process improvements and contribute to their implementation in SAP based on business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (purchasing, production, logistics, planning, IT) to align and optimize Customer Service and Distribution processes.

  • Maintain and update master data related to SD and LE modules.

  • Document system changes, incident resolutions, and keep procedures up to date.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Service, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD and LE modules is essential.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales, logistics, and supply chain processes.

  • Previous experience as a SAP key user or in user support is a plus.

  • Skilled in data entry, reporting, and basic configuration in SAP.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable communicating with non-technical profiles.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an asset.

  • Knowledge of SD (Sales & Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution) modules is required. MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience in SAP projects (deployments, upgrades, implementations).

Language

  • French and English required

  • Dutch is a plus

  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
