Are you passionate about organization, coordination, and operational performance? Do you enjoy seeing your teams succeed and witnessing the impact of your work every day? Then this position is made for you!

As Team Supervisor Logistic , you will be the engine of our department: from receiving goods to loading finished products, you ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations, while developing your team and helping everyone perform at their best.

Your key responsibilities:

• Supervise the preparation and loading of orders, samples, and returns to optimize carrier deadlines.

• Organize your team’s daily work based on skills and priorities.

• Anticipate staffing needs by proactively analyzing workload.

• Collaborate with the stock manager to ensure priorities and schedules are respected.

• Quickly resolve operational challenges.

• Ensure work quality, loading compliance, and proper product temperatures.

• Define and supervise internal transport activities.

• Participate in cold storage management to maintain optimal flow.

• Train, develop, and empower your team to strengthen their skills and professionalism.

• Onboard new employees and follow up on their individual development.

• Maintain smooth communication with other departments for perfect coordination.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing performance and implementing corrective actions.

• Be present on the floor, at key posts (docks, preparation areas…) to understand and support your team.

Profile

• Proven experience in a similar role with a taste for action and initiative.

• Ability to analyze, decide, and prioritize quickly.

• Motivating and adaptable leadership, able to bring out the best in each team member.

• Excellent communication: attentive, clear, and assertive.

• Versatile, curious, and proactive to tackle every challenge.

• Willing to work in shifts: 6 am – 2 pm and 2 pm – 10 pm.

Language

• Perfect command of French (English and/or Dutch is a plus).
