Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will directly support the Finance Director and act as a true central contact point within the company.
Your responsibilities include:

Managing daily organization (meetings, supplies, events)

Coordinating travel and handling expense reports (flights, trains, hotels, visas, etc.)

Providing administrative support to the Finance department (SAP, invoices, suppliers, credit cards)

Managing the car fleet (contracts, maintenance, leasing, fuel cards)

Acting as a bridge between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration
Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in Office Management (or equivalent). Solid experience may compensate for the degree.

2 to 3 years of administrative experience (fleet management is an asset).

Structured, autonomous, and proactive.

Positive, communicative, and collaborative mindset.

Comfortable with a variety of tasks and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Language
Proficient in French, Dutch, and English.
