Function

As Accounting Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability of financial reporting (IFRS and BE GAAP), supervising a team of 7 professionals, and coordinating internal and external audits. You report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with various internal departments and external partners.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Accounting & Credit Control team (7 people)

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Guarantee compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal standards

• Oversee credit control and optimize working capital

• Coordinate audits and maintain effective internal controls

• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and cross-functional projects

Profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role in an international environment

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and BE GAAP standards

• Proven experience in financial closing, audit coordination, and tax compliance

• Strong leadership, precision, results-driven mindset, and continuous improvement approach

• Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO)
