Lutosa UK Ltd. is the sales office looking after the commercial interests of the parent company, Lutosa SA, in the U.K. and Ireland.

Lutosa is a belgian company active for more than 40 years that runs 2 production sites in Belgium and employs a total of 1.200 people. Lutosa manufactures and markets a wide range of frozen French fries and specialities (Pom' Pin, Duchesse, Spicy Wedges, Röstis, Mashed Potatoes) as well as an organic range. It also manufactures pre-fried chips and dehydrated potato flakes. These products are sold to food service networks, via wholesalers, to large and mid-sized distribution retailers, and to industrial food companies.

Lutosa exports 95% of its production to 141 countries through 24 subsidiaries and commercial offices.

As highly motivated and energetic sales professional, you will integrate into the Lutosa commercial team and develop sales with a focus on customer support.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following :

  • Increasing and maintaining sales with new and existing customers
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular interaction and give support to their salesforce
  • Working closely with customers regarding sales development in line with agreed business strategy
  • Responsible for the forecast and track sales metrics in line with agreed objectives
  • Working closely across all facets of the organization to meet customer satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Able to represent the company at customer and industry events (trade exhibitions)


  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationship with the customers
  • Preferably a first experience in field sales / regional account management focussed role in the food industry
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work with a structured and consistent approach
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Proven team player who contribute in different areas of the business if required (e.g. operations)
  • Microsoft Office suite and high level of PC literacy
  • Able to travel with overnight stays including foreign travel
